What services are included in a package?
All packages give you access to the full range of services — admin, business support, finance, communications, diary management, and tech support. You choose how to use your hours each month.
Can I change my package?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at the end of any billing month. There are no lock-in contracts.
Do unused hours roll over?
Unused hours do not roll over to the following month. If you consistently have hours left over, we can discuss adjusting your package.
